I have been researching cars for a few weeks and contacted the sales manager (Marcus) to help me out. Within a few hours, he was able to find my dream car and asked me to come in to look at it! I was late to my appointment and it was super busy, but everyone was still welcoming, understanding, and attentive to me! I never felt so genuinely invited and comfortable in a car dealership before!! The team introduced themselves to me and they were friendly, treated me with great attention and care, and took time to answer all my questions/concerns. As soon as they showed me the car they found for me, I fell in love! I took it for a test drive and it was impressed at how smooth it was! Marcus and Alex took time to explain to me the financial options I have, and found financing options that was better than I expected! Everyone took care of me and made sure I was satisfied with the car before I purchased it and gave me tips on how to navigate the car (first time owning a luxury car). This has been the BEST car experience I've ever had - fast, knowledgeable, and genuine on helping me!!! The staff is EXCEPTIONAL, they went above and beyond - I'm grateful to have had such a knowledgeable and caring team to help me find my dream car!!! I'm recommending all my family, friends, and coworkers to this dealership because of the FANTASTIC team they have!! Big shoutout to Marcus, Denis, Sam, Alex, Narcis, and Mario!! YOU ALL ARE AMAZING!!
