Frustrated or not you should never take your anger out on a client. When I decided to walk from the deal he told me to go f*xx myself and that I'm a big waste of his time. I would have considered going through with the deal if he didn't go crazy and blow up on me when I questioned why the price wasn't what we agreed upon. If you want a sales professional who will treat you with respect go to autobarn fiat across the street. They treated very professionally since the first time I walked in the door. More
