Giving 1 star is being generous with this one. I guess the star is for Mario. The only person who had integrity and great customer service. For him he gets 5 stars. I spent 5 hours FIVE, in this place to get a new car. Mario despite not being in a sales role politely helped answer a few questions about what i was looking for. Offered to grab me some keys for test drives but when he realized one of the cars I was interested in was sold he directed me to a sales rep to help look deeper. The sales rep concentrated on punching in numbers to get me approved l. I was torn between a honda pilot or a chevy traverse whichever I was approved for. I was all in. I got screened. Approved. My current vehicle was reviewed and approved for trade in and i had payment numbers in front of me that i signed. (Which was presented by Mario not the sales rep who crunched the numbers not sure why but cool we like Mario). All that was left was to grab keys and sign a full lease for the car it seemed oh and to pay which I offered to do twice!! Anyway apparently while we were crunching numbers and being approved. Someone else test drove the car. TEST DROVE. So because they test drove that gives them the rights to the car. Not me who sat there for 5 hours getting approved and signing some stuff no the test drivers. So I was told they needed to be screened and if approved they get the car. (This is hour 4 I was told this) not until hour 5 did i finally get told sucks to suck. I then requested all the documents I signed. Waited patiently or as patiently as one could after 5 hours for NOTHING I go out to find the manager who was completely unprofessional and rude the entire process that I requested my documents from sitting there at the front talking and laughing. I then requested my documents again because I have kids to go pick up and was told I needed to wait the room my papers were in had a client. My personal info is with someone else. In a room I wasn't in. So instead of him politely knocking to get my documents he shrugged me off like I was an insignificant ant. I wish i knew this managers name but i dont he has only been there two weeks. I feel so dirty. Like I'm worthless after dealing with this today. I have never been treated so poorly in my 35 years of life. NEVER will I recommend this horrible place. I don't know what happened in the last 5 years for this place to be this bad. More
