Unprofessional! Five hours to purchase a used car in a cash transaction "Car had to be detaied." It was sitting on the lot in near ready condition. Final delivery was disaster! An outside vendor to Nucar repaired a surface finish problem. Ben, our sales person, was in his position a few weeks without tarining. He lacked persona; skills. He disappeared on numerous occassions, leaving my wife I wondering where his was and what he was doing! More

This is the third vehicle that we have purchased at Nucar Mazda of New Castle since 2020. We live in Dover, Delaware, which is 45 minutes away.
