After shopping at over 10 dealerships looking for the right car for me, I felt discouraged and frustrated. I felt judged because of my less than perfect credit by some and lied to by others. The man at Bourne's who sold me my car, Mario, was totally different. I never felt pressured into a sale nor was I talked down because of my credit. I decided on a car and drove home in it that night. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Mario Lee was the dealer I worked with and he did a fantastic job. He was very helpful when it came to any questions or thoughts that I had. You typically go to a dealership and they put a lot of pressure on you saying demanding phrases like "you should definitely buy this car.." or "this car is the best out there, I know you will be back to buy it." I did not feel this way at all about this dealership. Mario is a very laid back person, who is very easy and pleasant to work with. When I first looked at my car it needed a few improvements here and there, Mario ensured me that everything would be taken care of before he would let the car leave the lot. When I returned back to buy the car, it was in excellent condition and everything I had asked him to fix, he did! I am also a very picky person and will not settle for less than nothing, he ensured me that the car is great and that I have finally found my dream car! Carlos Machado who works in the finance department also did a wonderful job! Again being a first time buyer, this can be a stressful situation. He answered all my questions and solved all of my concerns that I had. He made the process quick and easy with no hassle. He explained everything in a very professional and understandable way, and also made my experience positive! I will be sure to recommend people that are looking for a used car to this dealership and will highly recommend for them to work with Mario and Carlos.
