This was my first service experience at Rudy Luther Toyota. It was great! I was greeted promptly, and Mario listened well to my requests to learn more about some of the electronics. The work was done within the promised hour, although Mario was on lunch break when I wanted to leave. But the cashier had his manager finish the paperwork, and I was on my way. I had one final question, and even though I wasn’t his customer, Eric helped me with it. The only disappointment was that the car wash wasn’t in use because of the low temps. More
