Dealership was very nice, I paid using a personal check, they told me they had just gotten the car in and it needed to go to the service department. They could have called my bank to verify availability of funds. Instead I had to come back 3 days later from 3 hours away. That was not good customer service. More

Purchased a honda 1 year ago, very pleased with the whole process. Went back this year and Lakai found a very nice vehicle for me. The customer experience from that point was lacking. I called ahead to set a time for my wife and I to complete the cash purchase. We waited over 2 hours to get to finance, to complete a 15 Minute process. After leaving the dealership I discoverrd the down payment was not credited to the transaction resulting in an overpayment by me. When I called back to alert finance I was told there was no one that could authorize a refund and I would need to wait until Monday. When Monday came I called and was told the only person that could help me was not in and again I needed to wait. The situation was finally resolved but it should have never happened and things seemed to be very disorgainized beyond the actual selection of the vehicle. More
