I suppose it goes without saying that if we felt like we've had poor experiences with Mario in the past we would not be buying our third new car from him! Mario is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He's friendly, honest, and still remembers things we talked about seven years ago when we bought our first car. We have always felt we've gotten the deal we wanted, and we've never been made to feel as if we're either treating him and the dealership unfairly or being treated unfairly by him. All in all, we've had three extremely pleasurable car purchasing experiences with Mario. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend him, and Autobarn Subaru of Countryside, for your next new car purchase. More

He asked me what type of car I was looking for and thought about my answer for a minute or wo and said " wait right here, I think I have what you are looking for". He drove up right by the door and there was this beautiful Red exterior with Ivory interior car and it was Beautiful! I fall in love with the care immediately. Mario and I went for the test drive and it drove like a dream. I drove to my home near by and wanted to see if my sister, Carol, who has a disability could get in and out of the car easily and she could. Mario helped me and my sister and we went for a little ride with her and she thought it was beautiful too. I came back to Autobarn a week later with my favorite nephew and the Deal was Done! Boy, that Mario, could read me real Clear and hit the nail right on the Head! What a Guy! More

I went to look at a used vehicle on a Tuesday, and met salesman Mike P. I was happy with Mike’s demeanor. I took the vehicle for a test drive and had some concerns about the brakes. Mike said he would have the service techs look at it. Mike called me the next day and said the problem was fixed. I went back on Thursday and met Mario (Mike’s day off). I was also very happy with Mario’s professionalism. Mario pointed out the fixed problem, so I test drove the vehicle again. I purchased the vehicle right after.
