Great service We came in to replace the battery in our car and while we were waiting we looked at some of the new cars and decided to ask about a deal, we got a goo We came in to replace the battery in our car and while we were waiting we looked at some of the new cars and decided to ask about a deal, we got a good offer went home to think about it (no pressure sales) and the next day we bought a new car at a reasonable price. Unsatisfied I asked for a Certain thing to be looked at and they completely avoided it. You take your car in to other dealers they vacuum it in that before they I asked for a Certain thing to be looked at and they completely avoided it. Great Service Mario was great. He listened to what service I needed done on my car and before letting me know what was recommended, he checked the history of my ca Mario was great. He listened to what service I needed done on my car and before letting me know what was recommended, he checked the history of my car to be sure that it was something that wasn't previously done accordingly to my mileage on the car. He has a great personality and very easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable around him and I knew he was honest about the work I needed done. Garbage customer service Wow, what terrible customer service! Speaking specifically about their service department, they kept my pregnant wife waiting over 2 hours past her ap Wow, what terrible customer service! Speaking specifically about their service department, they kept my pregnant wife waiting over 2 hours past her appointment time for an oil change. When I called to complain (she was too nice) the receptionist was zero help. The icing on the cake was when my wife saw members grilling in the parking lot - either A) take less appts if you plan to grill out, or B) deal with a 2+hr back up you have. They have apparently chosen C) treat customers like garbage, withhold information, and be a generally terrible company. Would not recommend. Will not return. More
