A 2 hr “advance made appt” went from 9am until 6:30 pm I’m too exasperated to write all of the problems that occurred on this scheduled appt. Just a regular check up and to fix two items that should have b I’m too exasperated to write all of the problems that occurred on this scheduled appt. Just a regular check up and to fix two items that should have been fixed a year ago at same appt but at that time they blew me off saying they were too busy! The actual SAFETY RECALLS from last year, that they said were “taken care of” and noted so in the computer, WERE NOT! I actually told my service manager about one of them having to do with the brake like and a plug that came out and drained my battery (a new one) that my neighbor jumped twice but it wouldn’t hold. So I had to go purchase another new battery for my car because of this!!! The fact that my door wouldn’t lock when I needed it to be, or unlock just the same, was also not fixed a year ago but was at this appt. The actual problem for my charging ports (not even looked at last year) was due to a loose wire! That also caused my own safety to be in jeopardy! Every update I received added another “2-2.5 hrs”. I remained at dealership until 12:15pm (should have been done) but was told they needed another 3hrs, so the shuttle van drove me home (6 miles away). I waited and then called at 3:30 and was told I’d get a call from shuttle driver soon. At 3:45 he called to say he’d be here at my home in 45 mins. He arrived at 5pm and THEN DROVE ME to puck up a women 45 mins in rush hour traffic (not telling me this at 4pm call) and THEN another 25 mins out to pick up a man who was driven to play golf 19 miles fromdealership! We finally got to dealer at 6:30 pm! Side note: to pass time I was looking at new cars in the morning. Not one salesman approached me, some were outside smoking, another sitting inside a new car doing something in his phone. It was a new hire, young 23 Brennan, who very professionally said hello to me later at the coffee station. I went for a test drive with him and he was going to get me a final price on the car we test drove. I didn’t receive a call from him until 6:15 pm (while I was kidnapped in their shuttle van). I told him, if the service department sucks and that means mechanics, then I’ll buy my new car from a better quality dealership. If this one swings the pendulum to a more positive experience, I told him that I’d buy from him in a heartbeat! NOTE-The same salesman who originally sold me this used car and sexually harassed me that day and every service call (why I brought it only once a year) was there today and was literally stating me up and down as if undressing me! Every single female he saw, he gawked at and kept on staring(with his mouth open/eeew). Total CREEP! More

Confused girl and her car I had trouble with my car hesitating when I tried to accelerate from slow or stopped speeds. Apparently it was the throttle body. Everything is running smoothly now. More

5000 mike checkup This was my first service on my new Santa Fe sport. I was totally happy with services received; however, I don’t think the computer was reset because This was my first service on my new Santa Fe sport. If I see that message again I will return to have the computer reset. More

Horrible I go to this dealership only because I have all of the maintenance already included when I purchased the car. Otherwise I would never go back to this I go to this dealership only because I have all of the maintenance already included when I purchased the car. Otherwise I would never go back to this dealership. Anytime that I need any part ordered for my car they one, do not call when it is ready, two It is impossible to get a hold of anyone in the service team or the management and they do not call you back and three every time the issue is actually fixed they then leave my car dirty and full of dirt and grease. If I could give a lower rating I would and I can not wait to get ride of this car so I never have to go back here again. More
