This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership. Everything at this place is so unbelievably disorganized. It started off somewhat decently while I was doing the test drive and going car dealership. Everything at this place is so unbelievably disorganized. It started off somewhat decently while I was doing the test drive and going through the price agreement. And then everything started to go downhill quickly. I was really clear when I needed to leave, and I gave a few extra hours as a buffer, knowing how reality is with paperwork. Once I agreed to the price and I was signing everything my salesman had agreed to put gas in the car since it was on empty. He waited until I had finished working with the finance person, but at that point I was already an hour and a half over the buffered time that I had let them know that I had to be out of there by. He drove over to put gas in the car and there was over 30 minutes of a wait time to get gas. When I was standing outside, waiting for him to show back up with the newly purchased car, he was nowhere to be found. When I went back inside they had a hard time reaching him on his cell phone, and then he finally explained that the gas station was having the issue again that it apparently often times does. Knowing that this is a common issue was really frustrating because he could have put gas in the car three hours ahead of time as soon as I said, I was purchasing the car. I spoke with one of the managers and they said that there is nothing that they can do. No gas card., nothing. The next issue was that there was a scrape on the car that we had agreed to be fixed. Despite the fact that they have an auto body shop on site, they insisted on using one that they prefer, which is further south. The salesman offered to pick up a rental for me and drive it to where I live 45 minutes north and take the car that I had purchased back down to their area to the autobody shop. This was to be supportive so that I didn’t have to coordinate with missing more work to get the repair done since they wouldn’t allow me to use any other Kia dealership aside from the single one that they preferred to use. I never heard back over the next week and when I tried calling to figure out what was happening, nobody had any of my information and they were confused. The original salesman was told that he is not allowed to do what he had promised he would do. The hours are strict around when they open and when the rental car agency that they coordinate with opens and it was all put entirely on me to make it work with absolutely no meeting in the middle to support the customer. I bit the bullet and just dealt with it and dropped the car off in the morning at the autobody shop at the dealership where they had no idea who I was or what was going on. I left and got a rental. When I called later in the day just to make sure that everything was good. I got no response and got disconnected several times. They didn’t know who to transfer me to, and they were still assigning me to my sales person, even though this had to do with having something repaired. I had also mentioned that the car had been previously smoked in and I asked them to have the car ozone while at the repair shop which he checked with his manager and said that he would do that. When I called a week later to check on the status of if my car was ready again, nobody knew who to send me to and it was confusing and chaotic. Eventually, I got a text message from somebody saying that my car was ready. I replied back asking if the car had been ozoned and he said yes, it had. When I arrived to pick up my car from the dealership autobody, it had to be my original salesman to be the person to help me and they had to contact him to go pick up the car. After about an hour and 15 minutes of sitting in the waiting room, my car gets dropped off at the valet circle area a go inside of it and it’s still smell smells like cigarettes but now there is a car freshener scent on top of it. They put carpet clean powder and air vent freshener tabs in place of the ozone. I give up with this place. More

After finding a Kia Sorento earlier today at a dealership nearby with more miles and three years older we're almost the same price I decide to stop at Kia and check to see what they had. I got a newer car wi nearby with more miles and three years older we're almost the same price I decide to stop at Kia and check to see what they had. I got a newer car with less miles still under left the warranty on a very happy. Mario works out a good deal for me can I bought it on the spot which I did not ever expect to do. The only thing that I wasn't real happy about was the interest rate give it to me by the bank that pays out for me or 7-year payments but needed a car desperately. I love the Kia Sorento I'm very happy with it, family phone I have the first night I drove it I noticed the right low beam headlight was not working, The car was CERTIFIED I didn't expect anything like that could be wrong. It's a small thing and probably only needs a new bulb but still I didn't expect one of the headlight bulbs to be out. Other than that I was very happy with the car, Mario and the rest of the staff there. More
