Nell, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are truly sorry that this situation caused you frustration and stress. That is never the experience we want any customer to have. We do want to clarify what took place and how we addressed the concern. During your initial visit, our technician did accidentally puncture the radiator. We immediately took responsibility for that mistake and replaced the radiator at no cost to you. You were also provided a rental vehicle at no cost for the entire duration of the repair. Once repairs were completed, the vehicle was fully tested and road tested with no issues. After the vehicle was picked up the following day and driven approximately 10 to 15 miles, a coolant temperature code appeared. The vehicle was not overheating. The code was caused by an air pocket in the cooling system, which can occasionally occur after a cooling system repair. We brought the vehicle back in right away to properly bleed the system and correct the issue. During that process, a plastic coolant hose broke due to age and brittleness. That hose was also replaced immediately at no cost to you. At every step, we worked to correct the issue as quickly as possible, covered all repairs, and ensured the vehicle was safe to drive. We understand that trust is extremely important, especially when it comes to your vehicle, and we regret that this situation left you feeling uncomfortable. Our intention was always to do the right thing and take care of the situation to the best of our ability.
