Car did not make it one day before it broke down, I live 230 miles away, and they refused to help me get the car fixed or cancel my sale. Burdening their consumer (me) with a broken car that was out of a warranty..I got accused of being the reason the car was not operable however upon a diagnostic test it revealed a common issue with the car that I was not to blame. I didn’t get an apology or help. Their service department did a 71 point inspection on the car which was fraudulently done. I highlighted 6 things that was claimed to have been done yet I had proof was never done. Deleting accounts a drivers from the car, resurfacing rotors and new break pads, among other things the rotos had rust build up a breaks were not good it needed replacing. When brought to the attention of the manager he continued to be condescending an unhelpful. More
