When we took it in for service and told them we needed our calipers looked at. We were told that we need new brakes and rotors but had just had them replaced the day before taking it into Kia. While talki our calipers looked at. We were told that we need new brakes and rotors but had just had them replaced the day before taking it into Kia. While talking on the phone to the supervisor was told that our repair cost would be around $450.00 when we went to pick up the car instead of calling us and telling us the correct cost they just went ahead and did the repairs without getting an approval from us. So when we went to pick it up the repair cost was double. Since we were told that what the supervisor quoted us was not approved by the manager but again they went and did the repair without letting us know. Very unprofessional and the way that it was handled will never take our car back there or recommended to anyone! More
