I came in because I damaged a tire on my Outback, due to icy road conditions. I thought I might have to replace 2 or even all four, of my tires. The service co-ordinator, Parker Bond (at Rafferty Subaru) icy road conditions. I thought I might have to replace 2 or even all four, of my tires. The service co-ordinator, Parker Bond (at Rafferty Subaru) was GREAT!. He had the car inspected and came back with good news: "You just need to replace the one bad tire; all the others are fine. We don't carry Nexen; but just find a Nexen dealer, replace the one tire and you'll be fine." I was vulnerable; he could have said anything to make a bigger sale for Rafferty, but he didn't!! He also didn't charge anything for the 5 minute evaluation. Five stars for Parker's honesty and professionalizm!!!! More

Someone hit my Subaru and messed up my backup camera I brought it in for a oil change and also asked him about the camera they fixed the camera with no problem they even gave me a loan vehicle for the ful brought it in for a oil change and also asked him about the camera they fixed the camera with no problem they even gave me a loan vehicle for the full time they had it because it was over the holiday season and they just really took excellent care of me P.S The loner was a 2026 ascent I want that car. I've been a long time customer and originally purchased my first Subaru at another dealer, but Rafferty has been my go to for service until I purchased my current vehicle there.Everyone is so friendly & so knowledgeable. My recent visit was for Inspection. The Service writer Craig that help me was excellent. He explained everything that was going to be done, how long it would take, also the estimate of the price. I waited at the dealership while the vehicle was being serviced, Craig came into the waiting area to let me know the status.I would recommend Rafferty Subaru as a top notch dealership to purchase & servicing of their vehicles. Car in for a routine oil and cabin filter change. Use the express service, but since the wait was expected to be 1.5 hours, I decided to drop the car off and come back and pick it up later. I have Use the express service, but since the wait was expected to be 1.5 hours, I decided to drop the car off and come back and pick it up later. I have never found the express service to be "express", so I always plan on dropping the car off for service. I do appreciate the ability to get an oil change using the express service so that I do not have to make a service appointment. I have always found this dealership to do good work. One other comment for all of the businesses that would like to have feedback on the customer's experience in dealing with you. Stop asking for the reviewer to have an account. I do not want a Google Account or any other account. If you want a review, make possible to do so without going through all this xx. More
