They found me a car that was nicer than I anticipating being able to afford at a rate lower than I budgeted for. I plan on returning to a Crown dealership for all future purchases, the experience was lovely. More

Not happy with service My sales rep Mark Andrijowych was wonderful, the rest of th buying experience was horrible. First was treated poorly when trying to buy a new car. I then spoke with another manager who offered to work something out. I was text what my payments would be and after driving in and signing every document the last one had my payments $10 more a month. I would have walked out if I could. I will never purchase from them again. Also car has 2 chips and a stratch on new car. More
