The Best Car Buying Experience! The two biggest car buying concerns for me were price and process. I was determined not to over-pay for the vehicle. I did my homework and researched The two biggest car buying concerns for me were price and process. I was determined not to over-pay for the vehicle. I did my homework and researched prices on the internet, Edmunds, and Consumer Reports. I also thoroughly researched the value of my trade-in, a 2016 Ford Explorer XLT. I had been to 4 dealerships prior to going to Colonial Ford on Maple Street in Marlborough. I had what I thought was a good deal lined up at another Ford Dealership and I didn’t think that Colonial could match their price. I was wrong! Colonial sold me the new car for less and they gave me the most money for my trade-in vehicle! I was pleasantly surprised and glad that I stopped there. The process was absolutely seamless. I drove away in the newly registered and insured 2020 Platinum Ford Explorer on the same day that we made the deal. The dealership took care of everything, including getting me new plates. Mark Babineau was great to deal with. He answered all of my questions and helped speed the sales process through the “red tape.” The salesman was great too. He went over the vehicle with me and demonstrated the key features. The Platinum Explorer is loaded with technology features and he explained all of those to me. He connected my cell phone to the vehicle and set up the Android App. He also set up Ford Link for me. The guys who work at this dealership are not your “typical” car salesmen. They are professionals and they don’t the traditional sales tactics “what can we go do get you to buy the car today…I have to check with the manager, etc…” They weren’t pushy at all. They contacted me after the sale to make sure that everything was ok and to see how I liked the vehicle. – That’s commendable because they already made the sale and there was nothing in it for them to follow up with me. That was such a nice touch – to see if I had any questions or problems with the new car. You cannot go wrong with this dealership! Brian More

My new car So I went to colonial Ford looking for a specific car. I went to about five different Cadillac dealerships with no luck. Either the car I wanted wasn' So I went to colonial Ford looking for a specific car. I went to about five different Cadillac dealerships with no luck. Either the car I wanted wasn't available in the package I wanted or they overpriced it. During my search I happened upon colonial Ford. They had the car I wanted in stock. I I wasn't too sure if it was the exact package though. So i made a phone call and had the pleasure of reaching Dan Flanagan. I had dan go out and check the car for wireless charging sunroof the right color leather and a bunch of other stuff. He came back and was like great news. I have exactly that car. Now I live about 47 miles away from colonial Ford. So I said to him " man please before I come up there, is the car clean? Is the car in good condition? He didn't immediately tell me yes he said let me look into it before I waste your time. He called me back a little while later and said great news again the car is in great condition and it is pristine and warrantied and certified. I went up there and fell in love with the service in the communicable. They made everything simple from the purchase in the test drive in the finance and everything else that goes along with buying a car. Dan is a great salesman and will go above and beyond for you. after everything was said and done they did me even a bigger solid they have a colonial Cadillac dealership that is right down the street from my house. they transferred me over to Cadillac or I should say colonial Cadillac so they can have a certified Cadillac technician work on my car and so when I get my sticker is simple for me and I do not have to drive the 47 miles. They also gave me the option of going to my own mechanic for the sticker and they would mail me a check for the difference. All-in-all I recommend this dealership 1000000% and I will go there again next time I'm ready for a vehicle. More

Be careful with your personal information This is my first time I wrote a review. This dealership is the worst dealership I EVER been too. I thought by going to a big corporation like ford thi This is my first time I wrote a review. This dealership is the worst dealership I EVER been too. I thought by going to a big corporation like ford things would be different but instead I regret stepping foot in that office. make long story short I got approved for a 2019 truck signed the papers got insurance and drove the car off the lot the same day. Two weeks later mark the GM text me lying about a new rebate They wanted me to come in and sign. It didn’t make sense so I started asking questions and they ended up telling me the truth ,that the first loan I signed the papers for never went through that I need to come in and sign the new contract but At this point I was all set. The fact that General manager was lying and trying to trick me into sign the new contract and telling it’s a rebate, then they also ran my social security without my consent for the new loan which was totally unprofessional and brought my credit score down in the process..I got frustrated with everything and just gave back the truck. All I gotta say is stay away from this dealership.. More
