The only constructive feedback would be for the senior staff to provide more support and in-process training to newer staff. Dan was fantastic about following up on any questions he couldn't field himself, but it felt like that support wasn't readily available to him. That being said, bottom line, I would recommend Colonial Ford. It was a pleasure doing business with them. More
