I thought by going to a big corporation like ford things would be different but instead I regret stepping foot in that office. make long story short I got approved for a 2019 truck signed the papers got insurance and drove the car off the lot the same day. Two weeks later mark the GM text me lying about a new rebate They wanted me to come in and sign. It didn’t make sense so I started asking questions and they ended up telling me the truth ,that the first loan I signed the papers for never went through that I need to come in and sign the new contract but At this point I was all set. The fact that General manager was lying and trying to trick me into sign the new contract and telling it’s a rebate, then they also ran my social security without my consent for the new loan which was totally unprofessional and brought my credit score down in the process..I got frustrated with everything and just gave back the truck. All I gotta say is stay away from this dealership.. More

Pretty painless sales process I'm very pleased with my car and overall the purchase was a positive experience. Dan was responsive to my questions and very helpful. The only constructive feedback would be for the senior staff to provide more support and in-process training to newer staff. Dan was fantastic about following up on any questions he couldn't field himself, but it felt like that support wasn't readily available to him. That being said, bottom line, I would recommend Colonial Ford. It was a pleasure doing business with them. More

The only retailer I considered for a second purchase. I hadn't purchased a used car since 1981. Brad and the Service Dept. smoothed the path and responded to my concerns. We felt like they were rushing us into a deal and when we went to sign the paperwork there were costs that were not disclosed so the quoted price went up $70 a month. Walked away right to Colonial. Colonial made the process so easy - very professional. It was honestly the best car buying experience we have ever had! Dan and Mark were an awesome team and we got a better vehicle ! More
