I'm hooked on Infinity ! I spent the last two month looking at options when my lease was up on my Lexus, I fell in love with the Q50 at Circle Infinity. I double, make that triple checked the other Infinity dealers in NJ and kept finding my way back to the Circle Infinity dealership in West Long Branch. The sales rep was extremely easy to deal with, zero pressure, very knowledgeable and dealt with my million and one questions with ease. The deal he gave me was better then any other Infinity dealership, needless to say I'm now driving a brand new Q50 and plan on getting one for my wife as well. Hats of to Mark at Circle Infinity and the dealership as a whole. Great experience Great Deal I'm a happy man! More

To good to be true? Long story short I've always bough my used cars from private parties but given the economy no g35 coupe were on the market in the condition I wanted, Long story short I've always bough my used cars from private parties but given the economy no g35 coupe were on the market in the condition I wanted, so I expanded my search to new car dealers only. As luck would have it a g35 fitting my criteria popped up at Circle Infinity. I called and spoke to Mark a straight shooting 28 year vet of the car business. The vehicle like any used car, was, well used, but in good shape minus keyed scratch and a number of wear items you would expect at a hard driven but dealer cared for 22000 mi.. This car was a rich boys weekend shore toy.and has been sitting around for a while in the owners garage ( my guess). This dealer took it in trade. This car was bough, serviced and traded in at this dealer so they had the scoop on this coup! With 22000 miles on the odometer Circle Infinity performed a 60,000 service (replaced all fluids ), battery, front breaks and windshield wipers, and took $600 of the asking price( which was already reasonable),so I could get the keyed scratch repaired. Now these services which were done do not cost the dealer much money to do but for me as a consumer it saved hundreds of bucks. My point, this bit of goodwill on the dealers part made a big impression on me and also spoke volumes about the dealers commitment to the customer. What brought me to the dealer however, was the number of positive reviews from customers on various web sites like yelp . google, etc. consumers used such words as truthful/honest, fair, customer driven were noted and I would have to agree. This honest, no high pressure sales approach, was a pleasant surprise from what I was anticipating and I believe a key to their success. Now don't get me wrong this is not a non profit corporation and they made money on my deal but this was a win win for both parties.I would highly recommend this dealership to family and friends and to you. This is high praise indeed as I am Scottish middle class and money is dear I research this car to death and had been looking for months until I found this vehicle. Now is it to good to be true ? I would say a qualified NO it NOT to good to be true understanding I've only put 600 miles on it so long term is still well long term . bit as it stands today I could not have asked for a better outcome. More

My wife and I were looking to trade our convertible BMW in for a Infiniti g37x. we knew exactly what we wanted and had been to four other Infiniti dealers. None of these dealers came close to circle. Our salesman Mark and the sales manager Steve were terrific. They went above and beyond. The car we drove eighty miles to see had some unforeseen problems so they quickly showed us the remainder of their preowned inventory. We found a car that we loved. They made us a terrific deal and gave us great value on our trade. Mark even drove eighty miles to deliver our car and to pick up our trade. If your looking to buy an Infiniti don't miss circle even if you have to drive out of your way its worth it! More

My recent visit to Circle Infiniti was a pleasure, my expectations and experience with car dealerships have not always been very pleasant, I found Mark Bahary to be a pleasure, he made me and my wife fee expectations and experience with car dealerships have not always been very pleasant, I found Mark Bahary to be a pleasure, he made me and my wife feel at home. He was very knowledgeable and easy going, just what this doctor ordered! I have contacted a few times since out visit sometimes with the novice questions and he was very helpful .I compared prices with this dealer and others and found what Mark had offered us to be the best price i was given, I hope to return and follow through as soon as our lease is up! More

i have been looking at other brand sport utility 7 passenger vehicles, and i really took to the jx35. mark was very informative and enthusiastic showing me and my wife all the functions on the jx35. h passenger vehicles, and i really took to the jx35. mark was very informative and enthusiastic showing me and my wife all the functions on the jx35. his manager tony, was very nice also and gave us a great price to consider. we have not made our final decision yet, but we are definately considering the infiniti jx35, and after dealing with mark and tony we are leaning that way. More

From the moment i walked in I received white glove service. Mr Mark Bahary greeted me at the door and after a brief discussion of my budget and needs I was test driving a G37x. I was on a tight schedule that afternoon so within 30 minutes including my test drive we had negotiated a price. Mark told me to stop by the next day and my car would be ready in the afternoon. Sure enough, I was 15 minutes early and he had everything printed out and ready to go. From start to finish the dealership experience was amazing. This is my 1st time purchasing from Circle Infinity and I can tell you I am very pleased with the new car performance and the customer service. Mark was incredibly helpful. He was patient as I couldn't make up my mind on which vehicle I preferred, and let me test drive a whole bunch of them. Dealership and staff were freindly which provided for an overall good experience. No buying pressure tactics were used to influence my purchasing decision. Mark who engaged me to test drive the car represented the old school philosophy approach to customer interaction. It was a refreshing change from the saturation of technology which dominates communication these days. Although the personal interation is ultimately the key factor when making a purchase, had it not been for technology I would never have known to visit this dealership in search of my vehicle. This is where DJ came in. DJ was the ideal internet sales consultant for initial price negotiatons - straight up and honest. DJ could have handled the selling experience from start to end, but the day I went to see the vehicle DJ was off so Mark assisted in his absence. DJ and Mark were a good selling team in this case. DJ did handle final delivery of the vehicle to me. The image he portrayed though email and phone translated to his in-person demeanor. While the dealership did essentially everything right, I was disappointed in my case to learn about the $299 dealer fees during contract time that was not disclosed upfront. Given the fact that this was a used car with high margin and was not pre-certified, the dealership did not have any significant cost to ready this car for sale. Despite this no subsequent pricing concessions or any other incentives were offered. Not even the offer to purchase a second set of car keys when asked since this car only had one set. It comes down to the old adage that "You get what you negotiate." Shame on me for failing to negotiate better. At the end of the day I will be happy with this vehicle, but would have felt better paying a fair price without leaving too much money on the table. It needs to be a win win for dealer and buyer. Touche to the dealer in this case. More

My lease is almost up with my current vehicle, I have been eyeing up the new Infinity fx37, I am floored by the quality of this SUV. This was the first time I actually enjoyed hanging out with the sales been eyeing up the new Infinity fx37, I am floored by the quality of this SUV. This was the first time I actually enjoyed hanging out with the sales people at a dealership, namely Marc. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions and my idiosyncrasies while mulling over a new lease. He really had a lot of patience as I am not easy to deal with! I have never been to this dealer before but would gladly make it my very own for our family, these guys and gals made it feel like home. I am always very skeptical when it comes to where I am buying or leasing out family cars and I hope to return shortly to get my dream car here! More
