This is the worst dealership. They sold us a bad car its not even a month 4 times we come backt to complain it and they keep fixing it but still broke and when we ask for trade in They sold us a bad car its not even a month 4 times we come backt to complain it and they keep fixing it but still broke and when we ask for trade in we just play us there until they throw us out because they dont want us to help us because they want us to be stock ti the car have suspension problem. The car is almost brand new 2023 but the preown manager sonny he just dont care he yelled at me and he point his finger to my face because im a small girl that cant depend my self. They let us drive the bad car because they only care is they already earn money for me. Dont ever trust this dealership More

Mark was ok with me testing driving the 2023 Sequoia Platinum and seem to be ok working with me going forward. So, before leaving the dealership and immediately after test driving the vehicle I got ap Platinum and seem to be ok working with me going forward. So, before leaving the dealership and immediately after test driving the vehicle I got approved funding. I text Mark since he was busy with another customer and he responded that he would follow up with me, but never did... So, due to the lack of enthusiasm for my business and the amount of money being spent for this vehicle, I decided to go elsewhere. I went to Weiss Toyota and purchased my new 2024 Sequoia Capstone and I am very happy. The Weiss salesman actually wanted my business and worked for it. I've bought numerous vehicles from Bommarito in the past but during this experience I feel as though I wasn't being taken seriously. Don't judge a book by its cover. More

My first visit was fantastic. Then i wanted to perhaps buy another vehicle and nobody followed through with any request and the salesman showing up or the vehicle i wanted to look Then i wanted to perhaps buy another vehicle and nobody followed through with any request and the salesman showing up or the vehicle i wanted to look at was niwhere to be found. Everyone else just ignored me while i was getting the first vehile i bought serviced. I wanted to do both at the same time. But, no follow through on Mark the salesman or having the vehicle pulled out front. More

Unless it is brand new and there is nothing they can lie about. They sold me a used car that was involved in a class action lawsuit for a defective engine. This lawsuit resulted in an extension of the manufacturer's powertrain warranty - WHICH WAS NOT COMPLETED ON THIS VEHICLE. The extension was expired, and they failed to disclose that this vehicle eats a quart of oil a day. What they did was look me and my teenage daughter (who the car was for), directly in the face and say this is a fine running vehicle that is going to work out great for her. Every other dealership I called and provided the VIN was able to see this engine defect yet somehow when I called Bommarito, they could see nothing in the car's history and knew nothing of it... Now my daughter is tasked with always carrying a 5 qt jug of oil and checking the level every time she parks. OR... Paying $4,500 for repairs... Disgusting!! More

Mark is an excellent sales man, he guided us well on picking the right vehicle at a premium value. He provided answers to all our questions and was the reason we were able to deal against the unwelcome picking the right vehicle at a premium value. Hard to describe "perfection" with 25 words - but I must try. Purchased a Camry Jan.11 - "Mark" was our salesman and didn't have to sell anything to long-time Toyota /Bommarito customers. BUT - "Mark" was lovely young man and thoroughly kind, helpful, happy to assist in any way. Time to pay? Met Mr. Johnson in his office - another sweet, knowledgeable man to care for our needs. (Later phone calls found him just as anxious to calm my worries as to check clearance!) No more words! :( Must end with "unforgettably wonderful experience". AND ditto the COOKIES Impossible to spare the praise of lovely, thoughtful, kind, warm Mark focused on our needs, and later Ian, helpful, knowing and caring as well.
