BUT - "Mark" was lovely young man and thoroughly kind, helpful, happy to assist in any way. Time to pay? Met Mr. Johnson in his office - another sweet, knowledgeable man to care for our needs. (Later phone calls found him just as anxious to calm my worries as to check clearance!) No more words! :( Must end with "unforgettably wonderful experience". AND ditto the COOKIES Impossible to spare the praise of lovely, thoughtful, kind, warm Mark focused on our needs, and later Ian, helpful, knowing and caring as well.
