This is the second car we have purchased from Mark Bellew at the Jupiter location. Normally we compare buying a car to something like a visit to a proctologist. However Mark is a real gentleman in addition to being able to find just the right car for us - and even more importantly - help us make a deal that was fair. We previously referred one of our friends to Mark - and he had the same experience - and bought a new Z4. We will continue to recommend Mark and Jupiter Braman to anyone who is thinking of a new or used car - even if it's not a BMW - because we think he is honest and easy to work with. Over the years we have owned quit a few new cars - but working with Mark has been the most pleasant and rewarding experience of them all. In addition - we love the car. I own companies and our motto is "Our Clients come first no matter what"....That is how I felt when I walked into Braman the other day...As I entered the front door, I was immediately greeted and was first no matter what"....That is how I felt when I walked into Braman the other day...As I entered the front door, I was immediately greeted and was testing cars within the first five minutes...I was thinking about getting a different car before I came into Braman and then they made me an offer I couldn't refuse...Mark's exact words to me were " What can I do for you so that you leave with that car (335i) today." It lead to an easy five minute negotiation on the car, and we went from there...I worked with the finance department to cover the previous loan of my other car and gave me a new loan with the 355i, with such ease and no BS...It was nice going to a dealership and not have to read between the lines...They had a good read on the character that I am and dealt with me in the utmost professional style...I wish all places of purchase can be as devoted to making clients happy as Braman did for me...Now I am the proud owner of a 335i...Thanks a bunch to Mark and the staff who did a wonderful job...Keep up the good work...
