But Mark Bellotti, Seth Leifer and Patrick Pirouette, a friendly, super patient and extremely professional team, sold us a beautiful car in pristine condition with low mileage at a great low price. If I entered their showroom with reluctance, I left with smiles and an appreciation for what a great sales team can do. Buying a car is not yoga, but this team flexed my attitude a hundred percent. Love my 2015 Subaru Outback!! I recently purchased a preowned 2015 Subaru Outback and had a wonderful experience at Lester Glenn Subaru. Mark accompanied me in driving the vehicle I recently purchased a preowned 2015 Subaru Outback and had a wonderful experience at Lester Glenn Subaru. Mark accompanied me in driving the vehicle and showing me the bells and whistles and thoroughly explained the purchasing process. Ron was kind enough to let me take the vehicle home for the night to get used to driving it and I am extremely appreciative that he did. I instantly fell in love with the car and called the next morning to find out how to make it mine! I met with Pat, the finance manager the next day and he went over the necessary contracts and financial agreements and, in addition, gave me information about the excellent service package Subaru offers which I decided to purchase. I never once felt pressured and all of my questions were patiently answered. Everyone that worked with me showed me kindness and empathy. Lester Glenn Subaru is the best! :) More

Great Service Lester Glenn I went to lester Glenn after frustrations with another Subaru dealership. I had a recall item for my daughter's Outback which Lester Glenn took care I went to lester Glenn after frustrations with another Subaru dealership. I had a recall item for my daughter's Outback which Lester Glenn took care of immediately. A warm feeling resonates in daddy's heart once the car was fixed. While at store I cruised the new car office and wound up getting an awesome deal on a new Outback. Mark and his sales/finance team treated me like family (again) and my whole experience in having a car repaired and purchasing a new one could not have gone better. It is clear that customer satisfaction is a central theme to Lester Glenn's business plan. Thanks you. More

We met with Mark, laid out what we wanted (we had done our homework on price, options and trade in value) and Mark, Andrew and Donato gave us an extremely good offer. The Trade in value was what we expected. We never mentioned our price and Mark never pressed us. Rather they made us an offer and we went back and forth for about 10 minutes. The final price left us with a good feeling on our 2017 Forester. We also got the extended warrantee because we expect to his this vehicle for a while. Remember, we did our homework and had a 6 year satisfied relationship with Lester Glenn with our 2011 Subaru Forester. It was the first car buying experience that we had in which we weren't suspicious of the "deal making" process. Mark has followed up several times and even helped me out when I had to deal with the DMV. Good man Mark. More
