Once I decided on the vehicle, the price negotiation was completed quickly and I was pleased with the outcome. A lot of the credit goes to the salesman, Mark Belotti, my first encounter was quite relaxing, I was looking for an inexpensive used car to fulfill a need for a "part time 2nd car", Mark explained that those cars are hard to find but he would keep his eyes peeled for a clean trade in that would pass the inspection that the dealership would deem a GOOD car to live up to Lester Glenn's standards. Mark had a couple of cars that came to his attention but he said there were issues, but the 3rd time was a charm. His honesty and concern with meeting my needs was refreshing. More

Being we are an hour ride from Lester Glenn I spoke to Adeeyah Pettis and asked to negotiate a price for our third lease via email and phone calls . We agreed on a price and set an appointment to come down. When we arrived we were greeted by sales manager Ron Garguilo who introduced us to salesman Mark Bellotti who showed us the vehicle we wanted in the colors that were available we agreed on the color and proceeded with paper work and the price quoted was the price we paid, the finance process was smooth and easy thanks to Donato Jensen, and with the knowledge of the vehicle Jennifer Campanelli explained the features and how to use them.
