Nice car. Annoyed with the sales/negotiation process. Got a ridiculously low quote for the trade in on the first go-round--not even close to value--just looking for simple honesty. During the purchase process, was not asked what name we wanted the vehicle titled in. The processor basically refused to reprint the paperwork after he was questioned about it. It was a learning experience. More

This was such a relief as other car dealerships kept showing me too expensive cars to me all day, just trying to make the extra commission. He knew the situation I was in, and treated me as a friend.
