Mark was AMAZING! !! We literally spent the whole day together going to all the lots to test drive many vehicles until I found the right one! He was very knowledgeable !! I reached out to Mark after I was in an accident and totaled my vehicle. My insurance was giving me the run around and ended up in a rental for 2 months. Mark checked in with me sometimes more than once totaled my vehicle. My insurance was giving me the run around and ended up in a rental for 2 months. Mark checked in with me sometimes more than once a week for 2 months letting me know the Dodge I really liked was still available. He even gave me resources to help get my insurance to do their part. I have had to deal with my fair share of crooked car salesmen and it was very refreshing to work with one that doesn’t just care about making the sale. Mark went above and beyond.
