From the time we (my cousin, my daughter and I) walked in until we left Alan, Mark Caivano and Yamil Franco were friendly, helpful and gave exceptional service. The fact that Alan B. and Mark C. have called me several times to make sure I was okay with my new car was mind blowing. (I went from a 2005 to a 2016 major difference). We want one with a DVD player for the kids that was a must. The first one we saw didn't have it but it was the color we wanted. The other was a premium SE white in color. We worked a deal up on that one but couldn't get the payments right. They said lets go back to the other one you wanted and let's add a DVD player and tv in it. SOLD!!!! Mark C. and Bob N. The BEST Toyota Dealership, hands down!! That day, we started our experience with Toyota of Tampa Bay in the Service Dept. I regret not remembering the name of our service rep! He was aweso That day, we started our experience with Toyota of Tampa Bay in the Service Dept. I regret not remembering the name of our service rep! He was awesome. Our Prius was in for service but we ended the day with a new car!! I'd been looking for several months and just hadn't gotten a good feel for a particular vehicle. We looked at Corollas, and Mark had gone 'through the mill' with me, but it just wasn't the right car. Recently, I began looking at Camrys. I looked online, and spoke with every dealership within 100 miles! The best prices were to be found at Toyota of Tampa Bay! Our recent purchase of a vehicle was made very easy by the staff. Zach Lausell is second-to-none in his knowledge of every detail of our car, from safety features to tech to the build from ground up! We were truly impressed with and by his product knowledge. You have a 'keeper' and future TOP Salesman in him! Mark Caivano, who we'd been working with, asked Zach to step in because he was assisting another customer, yet he continued to check in with us to assure we were being taken care of. He is another 'keeper'! (Mark had given me similar intel on the Corolla. Awesome product knowledge!) Other individuals also checked on us, and we always felt comfortable in the facility. Kamel Issa also had a hand in our purchase, being the last Salesman to deal with us and give us our keys. He was also 'top notch' in product knowledge and his concern for our departure without the customary 'intro' to the vehicle was noted, but Zach had given us such a thorough vehicle demo that we didn't need another. Franco also took great care of us! We had to leave in the middle of negotiations, yet we were able to finish via the phone. I always felt connected and cared about from start to finish. Every aspect of our deal with Mark, Zach, Franco, Kamel and straight thru finance with Mike (? - sorry, I can't recall!) was exceptional. Because Toyota products are so amazing, we don't expect to purchase another vehicle for 10 yrs. or more, but we'll be back to Toyota of Tampa Bay for service and eventually our next purchase. Our 2006 Prius received nothing but excellent service at Toyota of Tampa Bay, and we know our Camry will get the same. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership! You all ROCK! More
