Mark worked with us through the whole deal and his honesty, upfront process, and thoroughness through the whole process (he stayed with us till the last I was dotted and t crossed!) is the ONLY reason we got a car. And if we can help it he'll be the only person we ever go through this car-buying process with ever again!!! I mean that sincerely. After many poor experiences, we found this experience to be almost delightful and would actually look forward to buying our next car again - as long as it's with 'Mark Caivano!!! More

Mark always spoke very highly of his management team and also use the term "we" when referring to Toyota and the dealership. It was very refreshing to experience this young mans approach to what I had feared would be a painful task. He made it easy for me to form my decision to buy our families first Toyota. This Highlander was intended as a surprise gift for my wife's birthday. I had bought it two weeks in advance; and on her birthday, Mark checked in with me to find out if she liked the vehicle. Needless to say she was elated. The following day I had planned to do some tag transfer work and called Marks cell phone. I had hoped that my wife and I could visit with him at the dealership. As we talked, I had no idea he was off from work spending time with his family. I told him to enjoy his time off and that we could easily postpone this tag work until till later. Mark insisted that if I wanted to keep my plans, he would coordinate with someone at the dealership that could help me complete my Sunday mission. When I arrived, one of his team members was ready and waiting for me, and the permanent tag transfer work went quickly. Amazing young man! My thanks to Mark, Dan and Scott for making this a pleasurable experience. More
