We traded in the now defunct 1998 Carola that lasted us for 16 years that was from, yes, Toyota of Tampa Bay, when located on Florida Ave. Even the 2010 Camry engine looks brand new, how do you do it?! All the detailing in the world can't look this good! Then, you called us in right away, and for NO CHARGE changed the oil, topped off the fluids and added a protective outside coating to our amazing, scratch-free silver paint. We couldn't find a single worn spot even on the inside. Did we mention that it has the interior stylish "mother-of-pearl-simulated wood-grain finish? And oh, brand new ($200 each?) Michelin tires with "tire fuzz" still on them and coated black. This beautiful, stylish car is out of the "Twilight Zone" in its mint-condition, and will be a great word-of-mouth reference for Toyota of Tampa Bay. No one could believe the car condition, price and customer service. Way to go!! More

God is awesome and I'm so glad I met Dino R. and Mark C OMG when I say God answers prayers he does. He will even send you men to assist with what he has promised. Men that you can trust not the ones trying to get over but some who TRULY have your BEST interest at heart. Ricardo the Finance Manager was awesome as well. He didn't try selling us things we didn't need and he was VERY personable. These men turned what seemed impossible to VERY POSSIBLE, without lieing and making false promises. They backed up everything they said and then some. There waiting area is awesome as well. They have great omelets for breakfast and awesome soup. Their waiting room is a Movie Theater. It will make you forget you are waiting on a car because it's so comfortable. My husband and I were blessed to meet these 3 GREAT men and definitively glad GOD sent them to assist us in rebuilding our credit, getting a fresh start, and building our reputation in the credit world. I really appreciate it! However, it was a completely different experience with the finance manager (Maaki) whom you sign the contract with. I am still not happy with the games & maneuvers played on me in that business office & the misleading performance. If you don't know what you're doing you can easily get taken advantage of and not realize it until later. I went back and dealt with a different finance manager because Maaki no longer worked there. Freddy was ridiculously overbearing and trying to talk me into doing what he wanted me to do. I was only there to cancel the unnecessary & expensive warranties I purchased the previous day. That was an outrageous experience, part 2. SMH Overall, my best advise: when it comes to negotiations be willing to walk away. And go into that finance room prepared with someone who has experience & who has your best interest at heart. More
