Very Satisfied with the Overall Experience So I Purchased a Pre-Owned 2020 Ford Explorer, There were no surprises and they were able to work with me on taking it home within a 2 days with most of those 2 days being research and finalizing. I did not feel like I overpaid (given todays market of course) and I walked out happy and with a pre-owned vehicle! Mark Carroll (my salesperson) was super helpful and patient while I took my time in deciding. All of the staff was very helpful and is always super happy to help! Between the receptionist at the entrance to the Finance Department. They were all super helpful, humorous, and just delightful to talk to! I would certainly go back again in the future for anything I need! Highly recommended dealership for the Tuscarawas County Area! More
