Last year I worked with Nicole to purchase my first new vehicle in over 15 years. We conducted most of the transactions over the phone and online. She was super knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted and promptly shown my vehicle and given a thorough walkthrough. After that it was a simple matter of completing the paperwork and driving away. I was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle – no hassling or haggling. I bought a Z71 Tahoe, and it is AWESOME!!! I recently went back for my complimentary oil change and received the same treatment. I would highly recommend Bartow Chevy to anyone!!! More

The service employee's are rude and do nothing but have a xxxx eaten grin on their faces when you ask questions or say what's wrong with your vehicle when bringing it in for service....!!! I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership or have service done on any of my vehicles! More
