The wait was an hour and a half and there were not many customers there. Their shop where they service the vehicles was half empty. This long for an oil change and tire rotation is not acceptable if you ha customers there. Their shop where they service the vehicles was half empty. Nobody bothered to call me after 5 hours for a 1 hour software update to let me know my vehicle was ready. I had to call to check the status. Nobody could find the paperwork or my keys when I tried pic software update to let me know my vehicle was ready. I had to call to check the status. Nobody could find the paperwork or my keys when I tried picking it up. Different service rider directed me to wrong location to find my vehicle. Had to search all around to find my vehicle in front of a service garage bay. More
