Chandra the finance manager was incredible to work with as well and I felt well informed and understood. I traveled an hour and a half to this dealership to view a car I saw online. I called to make sure it was still there and when I arrived, they no longer had that car for sale. Russ was ready to show me other vehicles they had on the lot, which ended up with me purchasing a model that I had no interest in during the entirety of my car search. Purchasing a car as a young adult can be intimidating. When I visited other dealerships, they did not take me seriously as the person purchasing the car because of my age. Russ was very communicative towards me and answered all of my questions. Mark was also wonderful and made sure I understood what all the details meant as a first time buyer.
