Tristan was wonderful to work with! He greeted me outside (in an awesome Halloween costume I might add) and listened to what I was looking for and immediately went to work trying to make. It happen. Tristan was very respectful, he listened to what I said and passed the info along to Mark Clampitt who worked magic with all the numbers and made it possible. Tristan worked very diligently to get me into the car I wanted and never tried to push me in a direction that I wasn’t comfortable, which is huge!! He made sure I understood everything step by step including and all the details and features of the car. The next step was with James Lordman despite having to work through some things “old school” because of IT issues, was also a pleasure to work with! All in all I’d say I had another GREAT experience at Nissan!! More
