He answered my questions and gave good advice. Then he did something that I really appreciate - he stepped back and gave me plenty of time and space to make my decision. No pressure. No hard sales tactics. I ultimately bought the truck and I feel really good about the purchase because it was MY decision to buy (rather than feeling like I was pushed to buy something).
