I was shopping for a used vehicle, and stopped by Ryan Ford. I was greeted by Mark “Coach” Rios, he showed me around the lot. During the uncertain times of the pandemic, I was concerned about traveling to Houston/Sealy to get the best car deal in the market. However, Mr. Mark Rios made it so simple and effortless to get me concerned about traveling to Houston/Sealy to get the best car deal in the market. However, Mr. Mark Rios made it so simple and effortless to get me the information and the vehicle I wanted. He was available around the clock when I had questions about the vehicle and sent me numerous pictures to ensure my vision of the new vehicle was exactly what I wanted. To say he went 'above and beyond' is an understatement. Once my vehicle was delivered by Jack, he made the paper signing easy and the review of the new vehicle thorough while practicing social distancing. To top it all off, I forgot a couple of personal items in my vehicle (mind you, I live in Kingsville, TX) and he made it a point to drive a ways back to hand deliver them even when I provided the option to mail it to me because they were on their way back to Houston/Sealy. One of the best car dealing experiences I have ever had. More
