10th purchase! We just purchased our 9th and 10th car from spiros and vw .The staff are alwyas great . Prices are good and the cars very reliabl. Total pleasure to dealt with . There is a never a Hassel and the experience is always excellent with him , like buying a car from a friends. Abe also is a great friend and i love seeing him and we love joerg in service cause that also is a great experience whenever we take our cars for service . I enjoy talking with Mark , as busy as he is, he always make sure to take time to come say hello and offer his assistant. Dealing with public is not an easy job so Thank you all for what you do . I'd give this dealership 6 or 10 stars if I could! It was amazing once again being a customer of Volkswagen of South Charlotte - the third car we've gotten there. This time it was to take delivery of a beautiful new Golf R! Just like all the previous purchase experiences we've had at this dealership, this one was excellent. Each deal was handled with knowledge, grace and kindness at every turn. Like always, this time I felt very taken care of throughout the entire process - as though I was family. Since we got our other 2 VWs at this dealership, we have also always had our cars maintained there. My experiences in the Parts and Service departments are always exemplary as well. I cannot recommend Volkswagen of South Charlotte highly enough and look forward to number 4 from them in the future! More

He handled our paperwork and expedited everything for us. Mark Cohen was very professional and kept in touch with us regarding the status of our cars delivery time. His showroom was very clean and comfortable. Gunner delivered our car to us and was punctual and pleasant as well. Overall, it was a great experience and we would recommend Volkswagen of South Charlotte to anyone! More

Outstanding Experience I have owned two Volkswagens (a Cabrio and a Jetta) and knew I wanted to replace my 2006 TDI Jetta with a Golf Sportwagen.
