We recently purchased a pre-owned Mazda CX-5. Mark was our salesman. We had called about the car earlier in the day and told him we'd drop by that afternoon. When we arrived, he already had the car right out front and ready for us to test drive. He made the whole process easy! A few key points... Instead of just verbally promising us things, Mark created a document trail for what actions he/Med Center Mazda owed to us (eg. paint touch up). And, more importantly, he followed through. We've been burned a time or two by other dealers, so Mark's honesty was appreciated! A second key point is that there wasn't a hard sales pitch to purchase a lot of extras. The sales manager asked about a few things, we said "no thanks" and he moved on. It's nice that he valued our time and did not persist after we said no. Overall, this was one of our better car buying experiences. I would recommend Med Center Mazda and Mark Cooley to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
