One star is one star too many for this place. After an expensive and distressing experience at Vision Hyundai (during which I was strong-armed into purchasing an extended warranty and then publ After an expensive and distressing experience at Vision Hyundai (during which I was strong-armed into purchasing an extended warranty and then publicly humiliated when they refused to honor it), I was offered and accepted five years of free oil changes plus lifetime free NYS inspections -- surprise! They refused to honor that, too. After a brief exchange of harsh words (which I have come to expect from Vision employees), I attempted to contact Chuck Hardy, president of Vision Automotive Group -- another surprise! Nobody knows how to do that since his staff of clever underlings shield him from such unpleasantness. But he did authorize a sales rep to invite me to a "special sales event" personally designed just for me. That Vision bases their business model on sales is hardly unusual, but endorsing bogus products and dishonest customer transactions are. So is attempting to resolve complaints resulting therefrom with even more dishonest sales. Maybe this business model works for them, despite being an outrageous and insulting money-grab.
