After having it towed into the service department on a Friday night, a technician was already assessing the problem early Saturday morning. With the necessary parts in stock, they felt they could get me back on the road before the end of the day. Kim texted me at about 10:30 AM and said my car was ready for pickup! I was amazed. Everyone in the department is always friendly, explains any problem thoroughly, and follows up faithfully. We have been customers for 26 years and always very satisfied. More

Spoke to Acura corporate and they agreed to cover 50% of the repair bill due to it clearly being a tech error, but mark still refused to cover the remaining 50%, even after I’ve been giving them my business for the last 4 years. This whole negative experience could have been avoided if the dealership took responsibility for their mistakes and covered the remaining balance of the repair ($200). Needless to say I’ll never be coming back to this dealership for future service or my next vehicle purchase. More
