Have been bringing my vehicles in for service here for the last 4 years. On my last visit for an oil change, one of the techs had stripped my oil pan by over tightening the drain plug. Mistakes happen the last 4 years. On my last visit for an oil change, one of the techs had stripped my oil pan by over tightening the drain plug. Mistakes happen, however the service advisor refused to cover the costs of The repair and claimed that stripped drain bolts are a normality on a 2012 vehicle with less than 100k miles. Spoke to Acura corporate and they agreed to cover 50% of the repair bill due to it clearly being a tech error, but mark still refused to cover the remaining 50%, even after I’ve been giving them my business for the last 4 years. This whole negative experience could have been avoided if the dealership took responsibility for their mistakes and covered the remaining balance of the repair ($200). Needless to say I’ll never be coming back to this dealership for future service or my next vehicle purchase. More

The service department at Muller's is excellent. We have been dealing with them since 1996 and have always been very pleased. They take the time to explain any problem, keep us informed while the car is be been dealing with them since 1996 and have always been very pleased. This dealership and service department are top notch. Experienced and knowledgeable staff from top to bottom. Came in for service and a quick look at new cars. Loved that NSX!
