Great! Every one was very helpful and friendly. I would recomend to everyone. Even the waiting room was very comfortable. The selection of cars was good and Every one was very helpful and friendly. I saw a brand new 2012 Kia Soul Automatic listed for sale at a price of $14,895 on the PutnamKia.com website which is why I initially contacted the dealership. I was told the vehicle was a manual and the ad at a price of $14,895 on the PutnamKia.com website which is why I initially contacted the dealership. I was told the vehicle was a manual and the add listed the automatic transmission in error. I asked the dealership to honor the pricing (due to their own error) and was told they don't need to because it was an error. I was offered a vehicle costing $16,695 and because I think the product is superior and needed a car I entered into the transaction. I feel the situation I experienced is a classic bait and switch tactic which will prevent me from recommneding this dealership. More

This is our second visit to Putnam for service, we had a recall on our new Charger, every thing went perfectly, they took us right in and with-in one hour the car was repaired and we were on our way. Dan our service advisor was very helpful and well organized. We loved the way the mechanics placed a covering over the seats and put a cover over the floor mats. the car was treated with great respect and it came back to us the same way we brought it in. (clean) They really try hard to please in this excellent service department. More

This was our first visit to Putnam Chrysler dodge for service on our new dodge, we had a recall on our "keyless entry system", Both Dan and Lerke were extremely helpful and took care of everything qu service on our new dodge, we had a recall on our "keyless entry system", Both Dan and Lerke were extremely helpful and took care of everything quickly and efficiently, Everything was done perfectly and we were well cared for, they even scheduled our appointment so we would have very little waiting time.
