Mike Harney was such a breath of fresh air! I have been dreading the purchase of a new vehicle because my last experience with buying a vehicle was not a pleasant one at all! Due to work constraints I had dreading the purchase of a new vehicle because my last experience with buying a vehicle was not a pleasant one at all! Due to work constraints I had to communicate mostly through email and I was very pleased with the helpful and timely manner I was able to communicate with my salesmen. Unfortunately I was upside down with my trade because I owed more than it was worth but Mike worked with me and was able to get me into a vehicle within my price range that I was completely satisfied with! He discussed all my options with me and if I wasn't satisfied he worked harder to find something that I was happy with. The dealership is very homey and friendly and I would recommend it to anyone. Mike Kavorkian was also a pleasure. He explained everything to me in detail and more importantly did this in a timely manner! Overall I will be telling everyone to buy from putnam Chrysler KIA dodge jeep!! And when I'm ready to trade in my new 2012 KIA sportage I will be back :) thank you Mike Harney!! More

Buying a new car these days is difficult with all the choices in the market place. We settled on the following vehicles as our final choices rated in order of preference. 1. Subaru Legacy 2. Volkswagen choices in the market place. We settled on the following vehicles as our final choices rated in order of preference. 1. Subaru Legacy 2. Volkswagen Passat (new 2012 one) 3. Hyundai Sonata 4. Nissan Altima 5. Chevy Malibu Putnam Dodge had a 2011 Dodge Charger RT which we liked and we considered it as well but it would not fit into our garage because of a staircase issue going upstairs. After turning down the Charger the sales reps said we should look at the Kia, which they also sell. I didn't even consider the Kia in my research because I always considered Kia to be a cheaply made car and and I wasn't really familiar with Kia anyway. The sales rep at Putnam Dodge wanted me to at least look at a Kia Optima EX with turbo and premium packages they had in stock. A leftover 2011. I almost walked away, but decided to wait and look at it. What the heck. The sales rep pulled the car up out front of the dealership, opened the door, and I walked up to the vehicle. I was completely blown away. They gave me permission to drive the car home and keep it overnight to show my wife. Afterall, this car is 80% her's and 20% mine for usage (I drive a truck). I got home that afternoon, called my wife at work, and said I have our next car sitting in our driveway. That's how much I liked it driving home. Kia Optima EX beat all the other cars in every way. Little did we know. And we drove them all twice. One thing, the next morning on our way back to the Kia dealer we drove to the Subaru dealer and drove the Legacy once more to make sure the Kia was the one. The Legacy is a nice car but and is all-wheel drive, but it doesn't compare to the Kia in overall drivability and build quality. The Kia had all the best attributes of all the cars in our list combined into one car. And a super sound Infinity sound system. Best sound system of all the cars we drove. More

Previous experience with the dealership sent us back to Putnam Chrysler..from the moment we called for an appt with Rawls, the WHOLE process went smooth. We traded 2 vehicles which had to be paid off, boug Putnam Chrysler..from the moment we called for an appt with Rawls, the WHOLE process went smooth. We traded 2 vehicles which had to be paid off, bought a 2011 Dodge Ram 1500, bought new running boards which were installed and they look great! We met with Mark to review the trades...he even stopped at a later time to make sure all was well. Rawls was very thorough, very prompt, no BS, answered all of our questions, toured the dealership, and introduced us to the service consultant on duty. Cleanliness and customer service is definitely your motto. We met with Mike to do the final paperwork...he is extremely organized and neat. We would definitely recommend your dealership and will continue to be a loyal customer. More

I.ve been to many dealeships in the past and I can say that Marc Pillsbury and the staff at Putnum Chrysler are by far the best that I ever worked with. Also the credit dept. was also awesome! they worked there butt off to find us the right loan and interest rate available. I would not hesitate to recomend or return to Putnum and Marc.
