In December 2011 I bought a 2012 Outback 3.6 which is a great car. In November 2010 I bought a 2011 Legacy 3.6 which is a great car too. Mark Doyle was the salesman for both purchases. Working with Stohlman Subaru was a real team effort experience for me. I first inquired about a vehicle over the internet and Mark Doyle contacted me. Mark was extremely courteous and informative. I decided to travel from my Martinsburg, WV location (about 1 1/2 hours) to look at the vehicle we discussed. A couple days later I was able to drive into Herndon and test ride some cars. Mark was off that day so Gus Andrade assisted me. He was probably one of the most courteous and informative car dealers I had ever met. I had never driven a subaru and he reviewed all the aspects of the vehicle that I was interested in. He gave me honest and sincere answers and offered a couple of alternatives to meet my goals. He was to go on vacation the next day at noon so he gave me several ways to contact him to get questions answered. I made up my mind to purchase a used 2010 Forester. I drove back down and met Terry Davis and Sharon Kehne in closing the deal. Once again, honest and sincere responses and informative information was the order of the day. I feel I made one of the best informed decisions in purchasing a vehicle in my 62 years and got the best deal I could have possibly received. Sharon and Terry even found better financing than I had arranged! It came full circle as I got to meet Mark Doyle and close the deal with all of Sharon's papers. Closing went quickly and efficiently. This was a very enjoyable experience for me and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Wow! It was a pleasure working with Mark not only did he make our purchase easy, we had so much in common! He worked with our son on his Subaru purchase, he knows so many of the good people in our network; make our purchase easy, we had so much in common! Terry and Mark did an excellent job handling my car purchase. They showed me more than enough regarding car info, warranties, financing, the service team and anything else that I might have had a quest purchase. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly, not aggressive in trying to make a sale. They responded to my emails quickly and eased the process to make it very simple for all parties. We were looking for a car for our daughter to use at college, and had very specific ideas in mind as to what we wanted and exactly how much we could pay. The day after I first met with Mark, he called college, and had very specific ideas in mind as to what we wanted and exactly how much we could pay. The day after I first met with Mark, he called with a potential match for us. We test drove the car over next day, and the deal was done--at the price we wanted. When we asked if the car could be looked over by our own mechanics, they agreed wholeheartedly and made it very easy for us to take the car for the day. In all, the whole experience was quick, easy, and painless. When we are in the market for our next car, we will go directly to Stohlman Subaru and look for Mark and Terry. More

Except for a small (but understandable) glitch in paperwork, our experience here was literally perfect. What we liked most, aside from getting a good deal, was that there was *zero* pressure from the paperwork, our experience here was literally perfect. What we liked most, aside from getting a good deal, was that there was *zero* pressure from the time we walked in to the time we walked away with the keys. We were in the process for several days, as we checked out various cars (including elsewhere), did research, did test drives, got financing at our credit union, and had the car we chose inspected at our trusted auto shop. At no time were Terry or Mark anything but relaxed, friendly, and helpful. We also really appreciated that Terry operates with the philosophy of a small-town "throwback" dealer, where they know that good word gets around and they value doing business with locals. Although Stohlman is a large dealer with many locations throughout the area, Stohlman Subaru of Herndon is more like a family car business where you feel good about being a customer. More
