Repair immediately following purchase I purchased a 2009 Ford Edge from Vernon Auto Group (VAG) in May 2017. During the test drive, I felt there was something "not quite right" with the b I purchased a 2009 Ford Edge from Vernon Auto Group (VAG) in May 2017. During the test drive, I felt there was something "not quite right" with the brakes. We purchased the vehicle and requested that the brakes be checked before we rolled off the lot. We were told they were checked and they were fine. Over the next month they continued to get "worse". Not a huge problem, but periodically, the "power" aspect of the brakes was not available, making the brakes quite stiff and then the "power" would return in the middle of braking resulting in a very rapid stop (as the you were really stomping on them at this point. I contacted Ashley Hernandez in Customer Service and she immediately schedule me for repair and even thought the Ford recall for this issue only covered 2010-2013, they made the repair at no charge to me. In addition, they sent a driver to my house to pick up the vehicle and drop off a loaner (we live about 50 miles from the dealer). We used the loaner for a week (they had to order parts) and were never inconvenienced in the least. They then had the car delivered back to my home and the loaner picked up. I felt that VAG went above and beyond what was expected. Kudos to them for their efforts! More

We found the pickup on line called and was greeted with a courteous salesman, that answered all of our questions. and worked hard to get us the lowest price. and our payments where we wanted them. The deal was done in about one hour. We drove to Vernon Texas from Thomas, Ok. and was greeted with smiling faces and the friendliest people. They stayed late so we had a chance to get there the same day. They had the paper work done we signed and were on our way home with our new pickup.
