This was the worst service experience we have ever had. We waited almost 2.5 hours for an oil change/tire rotation. When I checked to see what was going on and realized my car had not even been started on, We waited almost 2.5 hours for an oil change/tire rotation. Yet, there were 2 people there in front of us. One left, the other one was there for a major repair. More
