Arriving in 1964, Mark’s family found a home in Harvard, Massachusetts. He began to make his mark by washing cars at Gervais Dodge in 1969. In 1988 Mark’s love of the area inspired him to build a home in Ayer. Since then he has become an admired member of the community and has served on the Ayer planning board for over 10 years. However, it was his passion for cars that made Mark a name for himself here at Gervais with over 40 years in our Service Department. Our Gervais Family grew as Mark’s two sons took after their dad and joined the Gervais family, part-time, through high school and college. His newest endeavor at Gervais is in Sales where he is ready to be your guide through the automotive world. You can always find Mark out and about with his dog Coco, or on the green swingin’ a club with his 2 sons. Stop by Gervais Ford and say hi. Mark will great you with a warm smile.

I have bought several trucks and cars from this dealership, for the first time I am not happy. I requested a toneau cover be installed on the truck as part of the deal. 2023 Ford Lariat I paid fo dealership, for the first time I am not happy. I requested a toneau cover be installed on the truck as part of the deal. 2023 Ford Lariat I paid for the liner and tailgate protector the cover was the cheapest cover made. it was apart when the truck was delivered. Put it back together it came apart. The salesman sent the installer to my home to repair. still an issue I had him take it off. texted the salesman on September 19. haven't heard a word about my being totally disgusted called Townsend Ford discovered that cover was under $200.00. the one I would have liked to get was $375.00 installed. no more comments......other than disappointed. I will have the better cover installed, More

I've used the QuikLane service frequently, and always had a good experience. Courteous and quick - great service. Only been in for oil changes and tire rotations, but one time I came in shortly after closi a good experience. Courteous and quick - great service. A technician working late answered the door and helped clean up some residue from that morning's service. Didn't have to, but willingly did. More

Avoid salesperson/manager Mark Fermanian at all costs! Was unable to close a purchase with Mark and he got VERY aggressive and angry. Very uncomfortable experience, would suggest shopping elsewhere. Great dealership and great service. Needed a truck for my son and after looking at dealerships in Northern NJ, I decided to reach out to Gervais Ford to see if they could ship me a automobile. I can't say enough about Gervais Ford. One of the best buying experiences I have had. Other than the Ford Bronco roll-out by FoMoCo. but that had nothing to do with Gervais Ford. Everyone I dealt with the buying experiences I have had. Other than the Ford Bronco roll-out by FoMoCo. but that had nothing to do with Gervais Ford. Everyone I dealt with there at Gervais was friendly and very professional. No hidden costs or ADM's here. I will be recommending them to everyone who asks. Special thanks to John and Kevin. They where especially helpful through this hole Bronco ordering mess. I would also like to give a shout out to Mark who helped me with the delivery of my new Bronco. Thank you all at Gervais Ford.
