Arriving in 1964, Mark’s family found a home in Harvard, Massachusetts. He began to make his mark by washing cars at Gervais Dodge in 1969. In 1988 Mark’s love of the area inspired him to build a home in Ayer. Since then he has become an admired member of the community and has served on the Ayer planning board for over 10 years. However, it was his passion for cars that made Mark a name for himself here at Gervais with over 40 years in our Service Department. Our Gervais Family grew as Mark’s two sons took after their dad and joined the Gervais family, part-time, through high school and college. His newest endeavor at Gervais is in Sales where he is ready to be your guide through the automotive world. You can always find Mark out and about with his dog Coco, or on the green swingin’ a club with his 2 sons. Stop by Gervais Ford and say hi. Mark will great you with a warm smile.

Services for my 2013 F150 XLT Service was great!!! had talk to mark the day before and service was done on Saturday morning. Truck was in at 7:00am and out at 8:01am Not bad Service was great!!! had talk to mark the day before and service was done on Saturday morning.
