When they did their remodel in the 2000s, it's obvious they took their design and customer experience cues from Abt, i.e. Valley Honda is like the Abt for cars. It was great working with Mark shopping and then purchasing my new 2022 Honda Ridgeline. When an issue was discovered during pre-checks on the blind spot system, Mark and the staff kept me updated almost daily on part order status, remediation, and getting ready for the final pickup. Been buying cars for 25 years, this is my first Honda, and I would definitely purchase again from Valley Honda. More
