When I found Allen Turner Chevrolet, located 3 hours from my home, all my concerns from prior experience were taken care of in the first phone call with salesman Mark Gilmore. He was attentive, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to take care of everything I needed. From the financial end of the vehicle I wanted, to the trade in of my vehicle, to the drop off and pick up of both vehicles at my home 3 hours away. Everything was taken care of by phone, email and text. I never had to sit across the desk for hours at the dealership. Next to my dad this was the best buying experience I have had with a car dealership and car salesman. There was no stress, haggling or frustration.
